Speed Display Tweaks

I like being able to see my current speed however it could use a little tweaking. Specifically I really do not need a value down to the hundredth of a mph (I.e. 5.46mph). If the value is just rounded to the nearest tenth that would make it easier to read at a glance. Also, some smoothing of the speed value would be good. Today during paddling I would watch the speed bounce around by a full mph.
